I've been staying off wheat in general since I see that I feel better off of it, but once a week i'll have some sort of wheat product. Whole wheat flour gives this pizza dough a hearty flavor and a chewy yet crisp texture. You can opt for plain ol' sausage and mushroom pizza or get fancy if you choose. This is a really tasty whole wheat pizza crust!
