Instructions to make Sweet corn chivda (khichdi):
- Mashed yellow sweet corn in the grinder..
- In pan add oil & heat it, then add mustard seeds, after it's start crackle add hing..
- Add garlic & chilli paste & saute…
- Add mashed corn & mix well… Now add turmeric powder & salt & mix well…cook it for 2-3 min..
- Add milk, mix well..& cover the lid and cook about 3 min..
- Cook till milk completely absorbed & oil start leaving the sides..
- Now add sugar & lemon juice..& mix well.. cook for 1 min..
- Now it's ready to serve…
