- Get canola oil for frying
- Prepare 6 oz package of egg roll wrappers
- Prepare 1 egg beaten with 1 teaspoon water called an egg wash
To assemble the egg rolls, working one at a time, place the egg roll wrapper at an angle on a clean work surface. In a small bowl whisk together the BBQ sauce, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Place the chicken breasts in a slow cooker and cover with the sauce. Lay egg roll wrappers on a clean work surface.
