- Get 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder OR to taste
- Get Optional green chillies
- Take Optional chilli flakes
- Get 2 large plates of cooked rice
- Get 1/2 cup cooking oil
- Prepare Spring onion for garnish

- Get Defrost the king prawns and drain
- Take Slice 2 onions & slice the sweet pointed peppers
- Prepare You can substitute sweet pointed peppers for bell peppers
- Get The peppers will be used in stages
- Get You'll need 2 plates of hot cooked rice to add to the biryani
- Prepare Chop a hand full of coriander
- Prepare Slice the optional green chillies

- Add optional chilli flakes, add the drained king prawns and the salt. Turn flame to medium & stir the contents. Cook until the king prawns release the excess water, turn flame to low if required, should take around 10/15 minutes.
- Add optional green chillies and the remaining sliced peppers (keep a few for optional garnish). Stir and cook on low for around 5 minutes.
- Add the the fresh chopped coriander. Add the cooked hot rice in small amounts & carefully stir it in.
- Garnish with spring onions and peppers. Enjoy 👌
