- Cook the daal in the pressure cooker
- Take oil in a pan and let it heat, then add cumin mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add finely chopped onions and sauté for few seconds.
- Next add ginger garlic paste and green chilli sauté for few seconds. Add tomato and let it become soft
- Next add all the dry masala, garam masala and sauté for few seconds and add coriander leaves.
- Lastly add Makhana and cover the pan. Cook for one min.
- Mix the mixture, and add the cooked daal and add water as required
- Add salt to taste and mix well and boil for one min
- Your healthy daal is ready
