- Put ribs on a plate, careful the meat falls off the bone, heat the juice up put some in a jug and mix with potato starch until smooth then pour back into the pan and stir if not thick enough pour dome back in the jug and mix in more starch, add the beef liquid and stir.
- Serve on a bed of rice, then pour gravy on. If any gravy left freeze it and use in making fried rice
I've never imagined we can make the bbq ribs by an instant pot! Make the BBQ sauce: add the reserved rib juices and all of the sauce ingredients to a medium-sized sauce pot over medium low heat. Allow the ribs to cool slightly before. For the root beer BBQ sauce: Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the onions and cook until soft. Start the ribs as above over indirect heat.
