  9. Now we take all our but filled katayif and place it in the oven at 180° reheated. Each katayif should have a block of butter on it and the tray should be buttered as well. Let it cook for about 20 mins.
  10. In a pot with 3 cups of boiling water and 2 cups of sugar, get up to a boil and then dip the cooked katayif in it. And then lay out to serve.
