- For your potatoe stuffing,boil your diced potatoes with carrot nd little salt for 5 mins,strain and allow it to drain,in a pan add oil+onion saute for few secs then add ur boiled potatoes+scotch bonnet,followed by seasonings stir fry for good 2mins,then break 1 egg and add into the potatoes,sprinkle ur spices(ginger and garlic inclusive) stir fry for 2 mins and add ur green pepper,reduce heat and close with a lid for 2 mins and it is ready.
- Using your cutters,cut shapes of choice as shown here,i use star and heart,cut shapes on 4 slice of ur bread leaving behind 4
- Now use ur hand and press the middle of the uncut slice to make it a little bit down,then place ur shaped cut slice on top as shown here
- Lift each slice and brush the bread surface with egg,to make the slices stick to each other
- And press,and here they are,now scoop a spoonfull of ur stuffings as shown
- And fill each slice,sprinkle your sliced red pepper,carrot and onion
- Brush the top of the bread well with egg,as shown and pour the remaing egg on top of each slice like shown here(u can use cheese if u like),and bake at 250C for 15-20mins
- Be checking it frequently to avoid it getting burnt,and when done immediately put them inside a food flask and close(this will soften them)and tanaa ur bread pizza is done
