  2. Wash red and green bell peppers, tomato and cut in cube pieces, cut paneer in cube pieces, then marinate tomato, bell peppers and paneer in curd for 1 hour.
  3. After 1 hour add corn flour and gram flour, mix it again and thread the marinate paneer, tomatoes and bell peppers in skewers alternately..
  4. On the high flame burner of gas.. hold skewer from one end and roast the paneer, tomato and bell pepper s till it left the Smokey aroma approx it will take 1 and 1/2 minute. You will see the sides will become black..
