  2. In a kadai add some butter, heat lightly and mix chopped lauki, onion and 1/2 tsp fried garlic. Saute for 5 to 6 minutes in medium heat without lid. Switch off the flame and keep aside.
  3. Take a nonstick fry pan, put some butter and grease evenly. Flame should be low. Take batter and make a medium thick dosa like pizza base.
  4. Now put the oregano evenly all over the base…then chilli flakes..and then grated mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with a lid and cook the base in low flame for 2minutes. Now add chopped small pieces of carrot, then lauki with onion, green capsicum, and lastly chopped tomato in medium size.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and basil 1/2 tsp each…grated mozzarella cheese spreading all over the pizza. Then add 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil or melted butter evenly all over the pizza and lightly press with a spatula.
