Transfer in a wide bottom tray. Add in the cardamom powder, pistachios, raisins, trutti frutti, saffron and almonds and mix well.
- In another pan add water and sugar and make sugar syrup of 2 thread consistency - Add the saffron milk to it. Add orange colour if preferred. - Add the syrup to the mix and mix well with a spatula. Once mixed add in 1/2 of the melted ghee and mix. Add the remaining ghee and mix. Make ladoo using traditional method or use mould to make them.
