- In the serving pots. Add to fridge. 1 + 1/2 Cups milk add just a little to a mixing jug to add the custard powder and Sugar.and mix. the rest of the milk goes into a saucepan and heat up slowly.
- When the milk comes to boiling add the milk to the custard mix to the jug and stir really quick to stop it going lumpy. It will go very thick as thats the way you need it to set on top of the biscuit and banana mix.
- When cooled dowm Spoon equal amounts on top of the banana biscuit mix which will have set solid with the butter. Add thesr back to the fridge to set the custard.
- You can whisk some double cream to go on top. Or just have them without cream. Tasty both ways.
- You could make this in one big serbing bowl but as i was trying it out i made 5 little seperate ones.
