- Take 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 cup soaked soya badi
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Make ready 2 big spoon mustard oil
- Get Chopped coriander

- Take a bowl mix all the ingredients of padoki and make a paste Heat oil in deep pan and make small size pakodi and fry till golden brown in colour
- Take it out on tissue paper Take another bowl and make a mixture of kadi Heat oil in deep pan and add the kadi mixture to it
- Add salt and cook till it is a bit thick When you is half cooked add the prepared pakodi Off the gas and close it with lid
- Prepare the tempering Heat oil in pan and add all the tempering masala When it starts cracking off the gas and add it in the prepared kadi Serve it hot with steam rice
- Aloo soya badi sabji
- Heat oil in pressure cooker
- Add chopped onion and sauté then add ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes
- Add tomato puree and all the dry ingredients and cool till it leaves oil
- Add potato cubes and soya badi and cook for few more minutes
- Now add a glass of water and salt and close the lid and cook till 2 whistle
- Off the gas and let the pressure release
