  1. First of all add butter in pan and some oil too so that butter doesn't get burn. Now add onion paste and stir well. Sautte for 1 min or untill the raw smell of onion goes away. Add ginger garlic paste and let it sautte with onion paste.
  2. Now add tomato puree and add pinch of sugar and sautte it untill the water of tomato evaporates and becomes thick mixture. Then add all the masalas and sauces as mentioned above in ingredients list and cook it for a while until the masalas got mixed well.
  3. Meanwhile, fry paneer cubes in hot oil and soak them in cold water.
  4. Now add water of your desired consistency gravy thickness and add paneer cubes from water. Now let it simmer. Add cream and cashew Powder in the gravy. Cook and cover. Tip- add milk in the cashew powder and make paste. Ready to be served. Decorate the dish as you like.
  5. For naan take Maida and mix salt, curd and oil and form a semi stff dough. Keep it for 20 minutes.
  6. After 20 minutes, take some portion of dough and roll it in oval shape. Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds and coriander leaves. Brush it with water and put the water side on the tava. Cook it on medium flame. Now turn the tava upside down on the flame and let it cook.
  7. Now remove it from the tava and apply butter on it. Ready to be served hot.
