  5. In the mean time, in a bowl take curd and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, biryani masala and mix.
  6. Add the curd mixture to onion tomato mix and stir, after a minute or two add soya chunks and granules. Mix properly to coat soya chunks with masala.
  7. Keep it on sim for 5 minutes regularly stirring, now add 2.5 cups water and allow to boil.
  8. As soon as water boils add salt, mix and add rice.
  9. Once the rice is added, close the lid of cooker and cook till 2 whistles, and simmer the gas and cook again for 4 to 5 mins.
  10. Once the steam is released, open the pressure cooker and garnish biryani with chopped coriander leaves.
  11. Serve Biryani with curd, raita, papad, It is a very good dish for tiffin and even for main course, full of proteins enjoy…
