- Add peas & cover pan with lid and let it cook on low flame for 3-4 mins.
- Now whisk curd with spoon and add it to the masala. Keep the flame low and stir continuously until boil comes.
- Now add salt and again cover with lid on low flame for 3-4 mins. Meanwhile, blend the soya chunks into coarse paste.
- Now add the soya paste to the pan and mix well with masala. Cover with lid and let it cook on low flame for 3-4 mins.
- Now add fresh coriander and magic maggi masala and roast the mixture on high flame for a min. Garnish with some more coriander and serve.
