  12. Take 1/2 cup Oil- (in total)
  13. Take 2-3 tsp Chaat masala-
  14. Get 15-20 Cashew nuts-(soaked in water and ground)

Instructions to make Soya malai Chaap:
  1. Thaw the soya chaap at room temperature.
  2. Boil the chaap in water for 3-4 minutes.you can do in microwave also.
  3. Remove and let cool.
  4. Cut into pieces, take a bowl, add curd and add 2-3 spoons of malai or cream, above-mentioned spices.
  5. Mix well add soya chaap and marinate for one hour.
  6. After one hr. Heat a grill pan and roast all the chaaps on both sides till golden crispy,keep aside.
  7. Take another pan and add 2 spoons of butter, add the cashew paste the leftover marinate and let the water dry, add the fresh cream or malai and add the roasted chaap and mix well. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with onions and lemon wedges.
