Soya Saag Aloo or potatoes with dill greens is an aromatic stir fry with pungent flavors and pairs beautifully with tawa paranthas, theplas, puris and rice..bhurji, paneer masala, dum aloo, aloo jeera, aloo fry, aloo gobi masala and soya chunks curry. in finally, serve aloo palak gravy with hot rice or roti. Instructions to make Soya aloo gravy:
  1. Soak soya chunks in water with salt in it. Meanwhile roughly chop onion, tomatoes and blend it into a paste.
  2. Now deep fry the potatoes and soaked chunks to half cook stage and keep it separately.
  3. Temper mustard seeds, methi dana and jeera. Add the blend paste in it and mix well.
  4. Now add all the masala and cook well till the oil separates the pan. Switch off the flame and add curd to avoid curdling. Once it's mixed switch on and let it cook. Once the gravy is cooked well add the fried potatoes and soya and adjust the consistency with water.
  5. Cook till potatoes are well cooked and add garam masala and little cream on the top.
  6. Soya aloo gravy is ready. Serve with hot rotis.

With easy ingredients, less efforts, this curry is very much quick to dish out. Remove the aloo soya chunks curry once cooked completely from flame and garnish with chopped tomatoes and serve with Chapati/Roti. A simple curry made with soya chunks and potato.
