- Now for Shahi taste add 2 tbsp of fresh malai and stir and mix for 1 min, add dry spices and mix them.
- Now add fried marinated soya chaap, now add 2 cups of water and bring a boil. Slow the flame and add kasuri methi crushed by palm. Now Shahi masala gravy chaap is ready to serve with hot tawa roti and onion.
