- Heat oil in a broad pan add garlic and saute on a medium flame for few seconds.
- Add onions and saute on a medium flame for 1 or 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato pulp,oregano, chilli flakes, tomato ketchup, chilli powder and salt.mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2- 3 minutes.
- Add sugar mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes
- Punch the dough and take out over a floured surface.
- Knead for a few minutes and divide.Spread over the baking pan and cover with a kitchen towel and rise it for a few minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200 degree F.
- Spread sauce over the prepared dough Base and over the mini pizzas with cheese and desired toppings.
- Bakers for 20 minutes or until crust is browned. Slice the pizza and serve.
