- Take 1 Bamboo basket (10" size) for steaming
- Get 1 Banana Leaf for lining
- Prepare 1 Nonstick Wok with lid for steaming water
- Get 1 plate for spreading rice
- Get 1 medium bowl for mixing

Hainan Ji Fan is a dish made by Etsuya Eizan during his Shokugeki against Sōma Yukihira. Chinese chicken dumplings with ground chicken and vegetables filling.
