  1. Mix paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic, ground black pepper, parsley, salt 1tbsp, oil tbsp with chicken and mix.
  2. Prepare vegetables or use a readymade one.
  3. Put a tbsp oil in a pot, heat the oil, put the chicken in and fry. Break chicken piece to see it is cooked. Boil 1.5-litre water in a kettle while you are frying the chicken. No worried if you dont have kettle. Just add 1.5 littre of water when the chicken is done and bring it to boil. Add salt according to taste.
  4. Add vegetables. Cover and let it boil. It should take approx 15 min. Pick up a potato and see if it is done. Adjust salt.
  5. Garnish. Use chilli(grate some frozen chilli)/coriander/Sichuan pepper etc
