- For dough: sorry I forgot to take pictures when I was mixing. First add yeast, milk and sugar to flour give it a mix then add salt and mix until a dough is formed. Add 1 tbsp of oil and mix it for about 2-3 min and then put this dough in a warm place. Until double in size. * use other 1tbsp oil for greasing the bowl and top of the dough.
- For Mince : add oil in pot and onion.. Mix it until translucent then add mince and ginger garlic paste cook it until mince change its color.
- Then add all spices and mix it for about 2 min..
- Add tomatoes and cover until tomatoes get soft. Use water if Required.
- When tomatoes are soft mix it until it become a little dry donot make it full dry.
- For dough: punch in middle of dough and knead it for 1-2 min and then give it a shape.
- Preheat the fry pan and brush some oil on it then put dough.. *use medium-low flame.
- Brush oil on the edges of the pizza.
- When the side get color flip and then cook the other side when it get a good color.
- Then flip it and put ketchup spread it evenly.add a cheese, mince, onion and again cheese.. *make sure to keep the low flame and do this step quick… *donot add to much mince.
- Cover it and let the cheese Melt 5-7 min.
- Sprinkle oregano, thyme and crush red pepper then just cover it for one min.
